Generalist Payroll Full Time

We are hiring a Generalist with experience in payroll, training, and employee development to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations for our goods transportation and warehousing business.

You will be responsible for processing payroll accurately, organizing staff training programs, and helping to improve workforce development across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who want to make a direct impact in a fast-moving, logistics-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

• Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with provincial laws and company policies
• Handle employee time and attendance tracking

Training and Development

• Coordinate onboarding and employee training sessions
• Assist in designing learning and development programs
• Monitor progress and provide feedback on training effectiveness

General HR Support

• Help with employee relations and internal communications
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
