About the Role
We are looking for a full-time HR Support professional to join our growing team in Surrey, BC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values organization, and wants to build a long-term career in human resources within the education and training industry.
As part of our HR team, you will help support various administrative and personnel functions that keep our workplace running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in helping us find and support great staff so that we can continue to offer quality education and training services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting job listings and scheduling interviews
- Respond to internal HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR support, administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
