HR Support Specialist Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated HR Support Specialist to join our growing team in London, Ontario. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about helping teams work more efficiently and supporting HR systems that improve productivity and performance.

In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks across the HR department, from managing employee data in our HRIS to helping process payroll and maintaining ATS workflows. You’ll help us build a smooth, efficient, and productive experience for all employees.

About the Role

As an HR Support Specialist, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure our systems and processes are running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for updating records, assisting with system improvements, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

You’ll also play a key role in optimizing human resource information systems (HRIS) and our applicant tracking system (ATS) to help improve hiring and onboarding. Your attention to detail and focus on efficiency will help keep our HR department running at its best.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and system maintenance
• Manage and update employee information in our HRIS
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
• Maintain and improve workflows in our ATS
• Help track employee performance and training records
• Suggest ideas to boost team productivity and efficiency
• Provide general HR support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR or administrative support
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with confidential information
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
